Thomas Wüstefeld is resigning from his position as CFO and interim boss at the second division soccer team Hamburger SV.
This was announced by the leader of the table in the evening.
Wüstefeld, whose integrity was recently questioned, informed the supervisory board of his decision at an extraordinary meeting.
"The supervisory board accepted the decision and decided unanimously that Jonas Boldt (sports director; ed.) will initially lead the operative business of HSV as the sole board member," said the HSV announcement.
