At about 3 am today (13th), a 21-year-old girl and her boyfriend were suspected of being assaulted by another man while she was in a room K at Tai Chung Kiu Road, Sha Tin. Her boyfriend immediately guarded the flower. During the period, the two sides had a dispute and smashed each other. .
Police officers arrived at the scene and arrested the two men.
After preliminary investigation, the police arrested a 35-year-old man surnamed Wen on suspicion of indecent assault and fighting in a public place. He sustained injuries to his head and hands and was sent to medical treatment.
The female victim’s 27-year-old boyfriend Li, was arrested on suspicion of fighting in a public place. He injured his hand and was sent to the hospital by an ambulance.
The case was handed over to the 3rd Team of the Criminal Investigation Team of Shatin Police District for follow-up.
