(ANSA) - BRATISLAVA, 15 JUN - The Slovak Supreme Court has overturned the acquittal of the first instance court of two defendants in the case of the murder of journalist Jan Kuciak and his girlfriend. The Pezinok specialized criminal court will therefore have to reconsider the charges against entrepreneur Marian Kočner, who according to the prosecutor ordered the murder, and against Alena Zsuzsova, who allegedly mediated. "The Court of First Instance ruled prematurely, did not adequately ascertain the facts and did not examine all the circumstances relevant to the decision," said PeterPaluda, the Speaker of the Supreme Court Chamber.
