The Greek Minister of Health, Thanos Belferis, announced today the registration of the first infection with the Omicron mutant of the Corona virus.
"The case was discovered on the Greek island of Crete," Belfris said, according to what was reported by Reuters today.
The World Health Organization classified Omicron, which was first detected on the brown continent, as a “worrying” strain, which is the fifth version of the Corona virus placed in this classification.
