Itzik and Ofer Gabbai, owners of OIG, who until recently owned 66% of Unico, recently completed the purchase of 100% of the company. The OIG company purchased Unico for a value of approximately NIS 12 million and in 2024 will invest approximately N IS 7 million in advertising and assimilating the company's brands.
The Gabbay brothers intend to increase the turnover of the vacuum cleaners of the TINECO brand by hundreds of percent in the next three years so that the turnover will actually double every year.
