After 30 years: Omri Padan sells McDonald's Israel to the global company - voila! Of money. Padan owns the chain through the Aluniel company, when upon completion of the transaction, McDonald's Global will own the chain in Israel and the conditions of the employees will be maintained.
The chain, which is considered one of the most successful in Israel, currently has 225 branches nationwide and employs about 5,000 people. The agreement is subject to certain conditions, which will be concluded in the coming months. The company refused to disclose the amount for which the chain was sold.
