In April, Bibendum will unveil a ranking of the best tourist accommodation in the world. More than 5,000 “remarkable” hotels have been pre-selected “independently” in 120 countries.
They were chosen based on the work of the New York online travel agency Tablet Hotels, acquired in 2018 by Michelin. Only a small part will receive “keys”: one, two or three, like macaroons for restaurants, depending on the quality of the services.
