The ministers of finance and labor reached agreements with the head of the Histadrut and the chairman of the presidency of the business sector regarding additional benefits for the reservists in the war. Those who served in the reserves for more than 60 days will receive two months of protection in which they will not be able to be fired except with special permission.
The daughters or spouses of reservists whose children are up to the age of 14 will receive up to 8 days of absence paid by the workplace.
