Data published today by the Chief Economist's Division at the Treasury reveal the profile of the average reservist recruited for the war. The data shows that 90% of the reservists are employed who are absent from their jobs.

The average age of the recruits is 33.8, half of them have no children, 40% have small children up to the age of 9, and 12% have older children. About half of the recruited reservists have a higher education: 40% hold an academic degree, 10% have a professional diploma.
