Proposed law aimed at reducing the environmental impact of the textile industry. If adopted by a large majority in the Sustainable Development Committee on March 7, it could give rise to much more lively debates in the National Assembly.
The bill provides for several measures: the introduction of a penalty on these products through an increase in their eco-contribution. A bonus for virtuous companies, and a ban on advertising for the sales sites concerned, are also part of the bill. The objective: to reduce the environmentalimpact of this highly polluting industry.
