Retirees and pensioners will receive a nominal increase due to the current mobility formula, this increase translates into 27.18% more. To that we must also add the bonus of $70,000 that the beneficiaries who have the lowest assets will receive.
The Government seeks to ensure that no retiree will receive less than $204,445 in March. With these values, the minimum assets will have a loss in purchasing power of 33% compared to March 2023. And those who did not and will not collect the bonus, the loss rises to 44% in 12 months.
