Sandrine Sabourin takes a fresh look at Afflelou's HR. “I like it when things are constantly evolving,” she says.
She discovered her future career within an IT company, Alfatronic, rising through the ranks to take on the position of Deputy HR Director. Then, one of the administrators poached her to help him rethink a manufacturer of electronic components, Secme, taken over by the Swiss EAO. She devoted four years to this mission, before joining the denim emperor Levi Strauss in 1999.
