Spanish company Cooltra will take over its French competitor Cityscoot. The offer provides for the takeover of less than 20% of the employees of the Parisian electric scooter rental company.
Cooltra, founded in Barcelona in 2006, has 10,000 electric vehicles and more than 400 employees in Europe, with a presence in Paris, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Lisbon, Rome, Milan and Turin. The Spanish company intends to deploy its own machines, for a total of 1,500 two-wheelers in Paris and the inner suburbs.
