Superpharm will compensate a transgender who was not hired - voila! Of money. The agreement was reached after Superpharm was sued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
The lawsuit was filed against the SuperPharm chain, a franchisee on its behalf, an external supplier and a subcontractor. The plaintiff wanted to be hired as a thermometer in the network during the Corona period and was rejected, when in his lawsuit he claimed that it was discrimination based on his gender identity.
