The parties reached agreements in which Superpharm did not admit to discrimination against the plaintiff, but agreed to compensate him and so did the franchisee of the relevant branch.

The lawsuit against the external supplier and the subcontractor continues to be conducted.



The chain claimed within the framework of the agreements received that "the chain's branches employ male and female workers from all shades of the population, from the LGBT community and transgenders in particular." It further claimed that the subcontractor acted contrary to the chain's values ​​and that the issue is also acute among the subcontractors who provide services to the chain's franchisees.
