[HIGHLIGHTS] UP: due to "technical problems", the Government freezes the negative balance at $480 and it is not even enough for two trips

The maximum negative balance allowed on each SUBE card remains frozen at $480. That value is not enough to complete even two bus trips (the minimum ticket is $270) in the City and Greater Buenos Aires.

The Government justifies that the SUBE cards "currently do not have sufficient logical internal capacity for the storage of the negative balance" It is working on the "replacement in the field of part of the Modules or Secure Access" to the system and its machines, and the reprogramming of those that do not need to be replaced.
