This Friday, March 1, marks the deadline for publication of the equality index for companies with more than 50 employees. Established in 2019, this 100-point rating allows the State to monitor the state of professional equality in French companies.

While only 54% of them handed in their grade in 2020, 72% fulfilled their duty in 2023. Because the index contains four to five indicators, depending on the size of the company, it can be complex for smaller structures to produce this data.
