[HIGHLIGHTS] "Julia" is still here: the seal was spotted on a closed beach in the center of the country - voila! tourism

Monk seal Yulia was spotted this morning during a beach scan for sea turtle laying. This was after last night she tried to go ashore in Bat Yam, but returned to the sea after civilians approached her.
