"The tomato for research" returns to the Italian streets. For a minimum donation of 12 euros, a pack of three steel cans of tomatoes will be distributed.
Proceeds from the fundraising will help finance the Palm Research Project research and treatment platform. The platform, financed by the Umberto Veronesi Ets Foundation, will last 5 years. The initiative - informs a note - foresees that for an entire weekend - approximately 1,800 volunteers will be involved in more than 400 distribution points among squares.
