The Board resolved, with the abstention of three councilors, to present a list of 15 candidates also composed of Pietro Labriola, indicated as CEO, Giovanni Gorno Tempini, Paola Camagni, Federico Ferro Luzzi, Maurizio Carli and among the new directors Domitilla Benigni.
