“Ghost touches” cause big problems for Apple Watch users. Apple has sent messages internally and to its Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) addressing the possible technical difficulties.

Apple is working on a solution to the problem, which should be available with the next watchOS update. Users should therefore make sure to always keep their Apple Watch software up to date. The only option is to reboot the watch. To do this, the side button and the Digital Crown must be pressed simultaneously and for a few seconds until the Apple logo appears.
