Prince and Princess of Wales reportedly put the "Harry problem" to the back of their minds and made no plans for a reconciliation. Despite a potential visit from the Duke of Sussex in May, a rapprochement does not seem likely.

According to a source close to Kate and William, the couple put the “Harry problem” in the background, in order to better focus on the recovery of the Princess of Cardiff. The Prince and Princess chose not to tell them about Kate's cancer directly, "because they cannot be trusted"
