'Bread to bread', the petition has been started to distinguish real bread - Typical Products. The collection of signatures for the "Pane al Pane" petition was started in Turin by MEP Gianna Gancia.
Presented to the European Parliament in July 2023, it aims to "clarify the denomination of bread in all European Union countries" "The future of bread is much more than a food for us: it is a symbol of identity, history and tradition that continues to unite people and celebrate Italian culture"
