600 kg of cheese, 330 kg of cold meats… the largest raclette in the world is being held this Sunday. Nearly 2,300 participants at the Parc des Expositions in Saint-Étienne (Loire) come together this Sunday to taste a giant raclette.
This record attempt is the initiative of comedian Jason Chicandier, and chefs like César Troisgros and Xavier Pincemin are expected to attend. Part of the profits collected will be donated to the DNA association, which attempts to facilitate the integration of people with disabilities.
