The plan to establish a new residential neighborhood on the last remaining land reserve for the development of the developing settlement in the center of the country was finally approved. The plan includes 2,265 housing units that will be built in a staggered construction.
In addition to the housing units, the plan includes 18,171 square meters for employment areas, 10,487 square meter for commercial areas, 76 dunams for public areas. The program is located outside the noise limits of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
