A stamp tribute to Agnès Varda issued in April by La Poste. The famous French director, who died in 2019 at the age of 90, is the subject of a tribute by the postal services.
On this stamp, the director of “Cléo de 5 à 7” and “Visages villages” appears alongside her cat Zgougou. Died of cancer on March 29, 2019, she had directed more than 50 films since the start of her career in 1955.
