After more than a decade on the shelf: this house was sold for an insane amount. Alison Cain, founder and CEO of an American food company that creates unique sauces (Havens Kitchen), recently announced that she has finally sold her mansion in New York.
The price: $23.4 million, worth approx. -86 million shekels. The impressive mansion is almost a dunam (1,000 square meters) in size, and comes with a total of six bedrooms. It was built in the 1920s and has since been rebuilt from the ground up.
