Agcom, fine to X of over 1 million - last minute. The Communications Regulatory Authority, in the session of 6 March, imposed a fine of 1,350.000 euros on the Twitter International Unlimited Company, owner of the video sharing platform gambling.

In particular, the Authority found nine violations, one for each individual account marked with the 'blue check', relating to content having the nature of advertising communication of sites that carry out gaming and betting activities with cash winnings. Agcom also found that only seven of the nine accounts were blocked directly by the platform during the proceeding.
