App Ulìa, the oil of the monumental Apulian olive trees is traced. A traceable product thanks to the app and the QR code on the package collar.
The results of the project were presented this morning in Bari. Each of the five companies identified three regularly surveyed trees, managing to harvest a total of 1,298 kilos of olives in 2023, equal to 150.4 liters of extra virgin olive oil and 469 bottles of various sizes.
