Israeli chef Assaf Granit wins fourth Michelin star for his restaurant Shabour in Paris. Granit arrived in Israel as a milwaman of sorts, and as a medic who guided other soldiers already in the first days of the war.

"To stand on the stage of the ceremony and receive the award for a Jerusalem, Israeli restaurant, for the fourth time in a row is a different experience, a real Israeli pride," says Granit. "It is a warm feeling that will fill every Israeli on days like this," he adds.
