Asterion fund hypothesis alongside the Mef for Sparkle. The Spanish fund Asterion, specialized in infrastructure and already a shareholder of Retelit, could support the MEF with a minority stake in the purchase of Sparkle, the Tim subsidiary.
Bloomberg reports the hypothesis as an indiscretion from sources close to the dossier, the offer could arrive as early as next month. The stock market did not have time to grasp the opportunity and the stock closed with a cautious increase (+0.42% to 0.22 euros)
