Attacks on health workers, from today we will proceed automatically - Healthcare. It is a further step forward to protect colleagues victims of aggression and violence in the exercise of their duties.
This is the comment of the National Secretary of Anaao Assomed, Pierino Di Silverio following the publication in the Official Journal of the legislative decree of 19 March 2024, n. 31. The decree modifies the penal code regarding the ex officio prosecution for the crime of personal injury and the prosecution of the crimes of damage upon complaint.
