Bitcoin Surpasses $57K for First Time Since 2021. The digital currency gained as much as 4.4% to $57,039 before paring the jump and trading at $56,085 in London.
The price of Bitcoin has increased by 32% since the beginning of the year, extending the rally fueled by the speculative appetite for smaller tokens such as Etere and Dogemoneta. The rally is fueled by investor demand as well as further purchases by MicroStrategy.
