For the same accusation, the former exponent of Ordine Nuovo and Avanguardia Nazionale, Vincenzo Vinciguerra, was also sentenced to 1 year. CiaVarini was definitively convicted of the attack of 2 August 1980, as were Giusva Fioravanti and Francesca Mambro.
