Actor Juan Darthés was acquitted in the first instance of the crime of rape against Thelma Fardin in the Justice of Brazil. The trial had begun in November 2021 and the ruling can be appealed.
There is speculation that Fard in would hold a press conference on Saturday afternoon at Amnesty International, the organization that accompanied the actress during the process. The actress filed the complaint for aggravated sexual abuse in December 2018 in Nicaragua, for facts allegedly accomplished in 2009 during a tour of the Argentine soap opera "Patito Feo", when both were part of the cast.
