A report by the Central Bureau of Statistics reveals that for the first time in decades, Tel Aviv is no longer ranked first in terms of the rate of rental apartments. The new city "Harish" is in first place in Israel, with 50.5% of the apartments in this city being rented.
Tel Aviv-Yafo is now in second place with 47.8% rented apartments, and Givataim third with 41.2%. In terms of apartment ownership, the highest percentage of owned apartments is in the Judea and Samaria region.
