Cauet and NRJ before the commercial court to decide on the return to the air of the host accused of rape. The 51-year-old radio host attacked the NRJ group in January to obtain the execution of the contract signed between his production companies.
Since then, Sébastien Cauet has no longer appeared on air and four other complaints have been filed against him for sexual assault and rape. He denies the facts for which he remains presumed innocent and has filed a complaint with the Nanterre public prosecutor's office.
