Chef Perbellini arrives in the United Kingdom with Pasta Evangelists. The chef of the two Michelin star restaurant 'Casa perbellini 12Apostoli' will be the new executive chef.
The collaboration will lead to the creation of a menu available all year round at the restaurant in the prestigious Harrods Dining Hall in London. Among the upcoming creations are braised venison cannelloni with parsnip, broccoli ravioli with tomato, olives and pine nuts and seafood lasagne.
