A decree published in the Official Journal this Sunday, February 18 completes the implementation of the Taquet law, dating from 2022. The death of Lily, 15, at the end of January, shone the spotlight on the reception of minors from Child Welfare in the hotel park.
“In these hotels, children are left to their own devices, vulnerable to prostitution and trafficking. Not giving them socio-educational support is harming their future,” warned Perrine Goulet, MP (MoDem) for Nièvre.
