A plan was approved for the construction of 191 housing units for long-term rent in 10- and 4-story buildings. The apartments, which will be built in one of the cities near Tel Aviv, will have 3-5 rooms.
Alongside the residential projects, in the Neve Ayalon neighborhood, the establishment of a new educational kiryat, commercial areas and developed public spaces are being promoted. The project was designed by the winners of the Rechter Award for Architecture (Zarhi Architects in collaboration with STUDIOPEZ)
