[HIGHLIGHTS] Closed ski resort in the Alps: “I didn’t think I’d see it in my lifetime”

All the ski lifts at the small resort of Saint-Colomban-des-Villards in Savoie have been stopped since Monday evening, due to lack of snow. A real shock, therefore, for the locals but also the tourists.

“We came to ski with the children. And there is no more snow. It feels really weird. To be able to ski, we will have to take the car and go to La Toussuire, an hour's drive from here,” confides, a little disappointed, Gilles.
