Marco and Gabriele Bianchi, sentenced to life imprisonment in the first degree for the fatal beating of twenty-year-old Willy Monteiro Duarte in Colleferro (Rome) in September 2020. The Supreme Court confirmed against the two brothers, experts in martial arts, the sentence of four years and six months each for drug dealing and attempted extortion.
The appeal of the defense was declared "inadmissible", and the Bianchi brothers were sentenced to pay three thousand euros to the Cassa delle ammende.
