Consorzio Bufala Dop gives three-kilo braid to Mattarella - Typical Products. A maxi tricolor braid in honor of the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella.
It is the tribute from the Consortium for the Protection of Campania DOP buffalo mozzarella for the Head of State. The braid, weighing 3 kilos, was obtained with 12 liters of fresh Italian Mediterranean buffalo milk and was wrapped in a ribbon with a tricolors rosette.
