The woman, a Romanian citizen, was reported together with her husband by the police for concealment of a body. She alerted the police and the doctors of the Casilino polyclinic after the woman had gone to the emergency room with heavy bleeding, the nature of which she was unable to explain. The doctors in the gynecology department ascertained that the blood loss was due to an abortion or premature birth.
