Delmastro trial, PD parliamentarians ask for civil action - Last hour. Four parliamentarians of the Democratic Party have asked to become civil parties in the trial against the undersecretary of Justice Andrea Delmastro.
The request, which had been rejected by the preliminary hearing judge, was refiled by Silvio Lai, Debora Serracchiani, Walter Verini and Andrea Orlando. The Court has reserved the right to decide at the next hearing scheduled for April 2.
