Drone attack against an American base in Syria, 5 Kurds dead. This was reported by the Observatory for human rights in the country.
In a statement, the "Islamic Resistance" in Iraq claimed responsibility for the attack. The attack took place on the Al-Omar oil field, the largest base of the US-led coalition in Syria. The Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces were killed and about 20 were injured by a drone strike after midnight on the oil field. The Observatory for Human Rights is a British-based human rights group.
