The University of Buenos Aires (UBA) announced this Wednesday that it will keep closed all the offices that cannot guarantee their basic functioning due to the national strike. The Superior Council of the UBA ordered "the closure of those buildings and facilities in which the minimum operating conditions cannot be guaranteed on that date" This Thursday's strike aims to make visible " the national government's disdain for the university parity," said Federico Montero, Secretary of Organization of CONADU, the National Federation of University Teachers.
