Emma and the black jaguar, a friendship to save the Amazon. Gilles de Maistre, the great documentary maker, author of investigative reports and then director of films such as Mia and the White Lion, returns to the themes of childhood and the environment.

Filmed in Playa del Carmen in Mexico and Montreal in Canada, the film tells the story of Emma (Lumi Pollack) who grew up in the Amazon but then moved to New York with her father.
