Eni, widespread employee share ownership plan in Italy. The Eni shareholders' meeting, which will meet on May 15th, will examine the plan.
Plan provides for two annual assignments (in 2024 and 2025) of free shares for an annual individual monetary value of 2,000 euros. The aim of the plan is to strengthen the sense of belonging to the company and participation in the growth of corporate value, in line with the interests of shareholders. The plan will initially be implemented for employees in Italy and then gradually extended to foreign companies, compatibly with national legislation.
