For the first time the Enrico Bartolini restaurant at Mudec in Milan enters the ranking at n.85 and is the only Italian brand in the positions between 51 and 100 of this global ranking of catering. The 51-100 list includes restaurants from 22 territories on five continents: 15 participants are from Asia, 21 from Europe, six from North America, five from South America and three from the Middle East & Africa.
